I feel that one of the most important ingredients in the formula for success is clearly defined and vivid vision of where you want to be. In the beginning "that" is not so important, you must create a vision that gets so excited to develop a mentality that will stop at nothing to get what you want. Many people first focus on it, but soon find themselves overwhelmed with too much detail and as quickly talk them selves from being carried out its objectives. You have to take a leap of faith and trust that it will be shown to you as you go along. Do you remember the days as a kid with dreams of epic proportions? What happened to those dreams? One of the ways I keep myself motivated and to keep his vision alive is through my picture. In his book, I have everything I want and every morning I look at it to remind me what I want in life. Visualization exercises (meditation ):

You can think of meditation as conscious sleeping. Just like a dream to gain energy for their daily functioning, meditation is conscious sleeping that gives you all the energy (creative abilities), which is necessary for what we intend to achieve.
I also use lucid dreaming as another way to increase creativity, I will soon write an article about lucid dreaming. (Lucid dreaming is when you actually become aware in the dream that you dream, when properly trained, you can control your dreams)
Use the power of meditation to help you achieve your goals. Strive to everyday meditate one minute for each year of his current life. I'm 24, so every day I try and meditate at least 24 minutes. Daily routine:
1. Choose a nice comfortable place to meditate. Have an intention about what you plan to think about before hand. Ex.Odredište you want to visit.

8. You will need to overcome your mind and thoughts to think. Your mind and thoughts are what separate from your higher self, you think of your higher self as your subconscious mind do not worry about labels.
9. You transcend the mind simply observing the breath. Do not inhale / exhale consciously just observe your natural breathing. Do not go behind your thoughts, if you catch yourself drifting just always come back to your breathing. Slowly reduce the amount of thought and breathing becomes thinner and shorter. If you are able to keep all your focus on your breath, you will get to the point of no thought and no breath. Beliefs:
To start making that vision a reality you need to change some of their beliefs and adopt beliefs that will help you reach your goals. Because if you have this great vision of you retiring on your own private beach, but deep inside they do not believe you can do it, you've already sabotaged yourself. Your desires and your beliefs are in conflict with each other and therefore not seen as to what you want in your life. If you want to be a good leader one day, but we have a belief that you are a shy person, it will not happen. You really make the decision to adopt the belief that you are really leaving. A way to shape your beliefs:
1. Most importantly love and accept who you are, not who will or should be.
3. Believe that the sky is the limit, if you have little goals will have little success, the greater your dreams more potential for your possible success. Even if you think your dream is too big, trying to reach that dream, because you'll end up in a better position than if you set your sights on a smaller to really believe you can do it, it just is not wishful thinking. Wishful thinking never got anyone anything, you need to know what you want and get out there and get it. How to remove junk beliefs:
1. Meditate on your old belief and tell the truth about it. Now replace it with the conviction that it will serve you better. Meditate on it until you feel that you have changed religion.
Now that you accept these beliefs, this means that you will have to raise their standards and develop a strategy that will put you on track to achieve what you set out. Do you have to do. Find a role model, a person who has already accomplished what you want. Find out what some of their beliefs, interests, body language, pictures, etc., and adopt them as their own. Consistency is the key we are all creatures of habits and patterns. How to become the person you want to be, start by changing patterns. Think of all the quality characteristics you possess, make a pattern that uses those traits efficiently than strive to be consistent. Consistency will develop into habits and this is key because if it is not in accordance with their actions will not be in line with where you want to be. This lack of confusion between action and what your mind knows that they are capable of leading to huge amounts of stress, confusion, and even depression. Many other effects come from a lack of consistency.
